I curate postpartum packages, gift baskets per-say, intended to nourish the postpartum people and family in your life. These are made to order with mostly local and all organic ingredients. You can choose from any of the following.
Atole Pack — Atole is a drink made across Mexico that keeps the body warm and nourished. It supports milk supply. These are prepared with seasonal ingredients with a base of nixtimalized corn flour, oat flour, cinnamon and other warming spices. You simply add water and or milk to bring to life. Approximately 4 servings per pack.
Warming Tea Blend — These blends are intended to keep the postpartum person warm and nourished. They are also prepared seasonally and include warming herbs that promote healing.
Meal Service (Optional) — Nourishment is incredibly important and often difficult for postpartum people and families.I offer anywhere from a single meal to a weekly/bi weekly meal plans to keep families nourished. The menu is crafted based on seasonal ingredients and dietary needs.
Belly Binding (Optional) — Belly binding supports healing and integration in their postpartum period. It’s recommended immediately postpartum and throughout the first 6 weeks. During this one time service, I will offer a gentle belly massage, help position the uterus, bind the belly, and demo this practice to a loved one for ongoing care.
